I Work For You
As a Financial Adviser, I must adhere to the Code of Conduct for Financial Service Providers.
I am paid by the providers for the services I provide. However, it is you for whom I work. To ensure that I prioritise your interests over my own, I follow a 6-step advice process when delivering personalised financial advice, which is based on your individual goals and needs.
I provide all my recommendations in writing, so you have the opportunity to ask any questions you might have before implementing any of my advice.
NIULIFE Home Loans Limited T/A NIULIFE Home Loans, along with anyone who provides financial advice on our behalf, has obligations under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 regarding the manner in which we give advice.
My Services
Home Lending:
I work with banks and lenders to recommend the lending products and solutions that I think best fit your circumstances and requirements from the following providers:
ANZ, ASB, Westpac, Kiwibank, The Co-operative Bank, SBS, Avanti, Liberty Finance, Pepper Money, Southern Cross Partners
Instead of an upfront fee, the recommended lending provider pays NIULIFE Home Loans Limited, trading as NIULIFE Home Loans, a commission. This commission will range from 0% to 1% of the total loan amount, depending on the loan provider you choose. I will confirm the commission amount NIULIFE Home Loans Limited T/A NIULIFE Home Loans will receive when I provide my recommendation to you.
Additionally, NIULIFE Home Loans Limited T/A NIULIFE Home Loans may receive a commission of up to 1% of the outstanding mortgage or lending balance annually. This commission covers the ongoing service I provide to you, in the form of a trail commission, and may also involve a payment of up to $150 for any loan that is re-fixed during the course of the loan.
